Since 1989 I have been on a quest for personal optimum health due to having two years with chronic fatigue, aches and pains & weakness (possibly M.E.). Alternative/complementary therapies were my salvation.  After my slow recovery I started training in Alternative and Complementary Therapies.

I am qualified in Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Reiki, Iridology with Nutrition, and the Bach Flower Remedies.   I work holistically, helping the whole person.

Health Consultations:   My consultation  page will inform you how I use all my training during a full two hour consultation  to find natural help to cope with your health challenges.  Iridology, which is a study of the irises of the eyes, will give me a insight into your health.  Nutrition - diet is important to health - we are what we eat.  Diet and lifestyle will be an important part of the consultation, and I will test for a guide to any possible food intolerances.  Eating the wrong foods can be stressful on the body and reduce your immunity to diseases as can emotional problems which may be helped with the Bach Flower remedies. A Reflexology treatment may also show us imbalances in the body.

Reflexology:  This page will explain the treatment and how it may help both acute and chronic health problems including all stress related conditions.   Reflexology during and after pregnancy may be extremely beneficial for both the mother and baby.  It may also help infertility problems in both men and women.

Aromatherapy:  This is often thought of as a relaxing, self-indulgent massage.  It is far more than that as my Aromatherapy page explains.

Reiki:  We have healing energies all around us.  My Reiki page explains how we can tap into this Universal energy to help our health.

Products: Over the years my friends, clients and I have tried and tested many health products. The ones I sell have proved to us to be beneficial and good value.

Being a member of the Holistic Health Alliance (HHA), I have a team of very well qualified complementary practitioners in other disciplines to refer the client on to if necessary.
